Colleen is from  England where she was involved in international Real Estate negotiations and transactions throughout Europe for over 10 years. She was also a veteran of the United Kingdom Royal Air Force after serving 12 years as a commissioned officer. She emigrated to the USA in 1997 and has since spent a further 8 years both as an agent and Managing Broker serving the Sacramento and Bay Area real estate markets. Colleen specializes in residential and relocation sales. She is a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI).

Steve was born and raised in Hayward and is a real estate veteran of over 22 years both as an agent and as a Managing Broker. Steve was a Director for the Bay East Association of REALTORS and also a Faculty Instructor for the California Associations of REALTORS. Steve specializes in residential, commercial, foreclosure and Real Estate Owned (REO) transactions.

We have both been recognised as top producing agents in respect of volume,sales and services during our real estate careers.
